Garden of the Gods Restrooms
The three locations
The Visitor & Nature Center has restrooms alongside its free exhibits, cafe and gift shop. It opens 9 am to 5 pm in winter and 9 am to 6 pm from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, and closes on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Inside the park, the city completed a restroom at the North Main Parking Lot (Lot 2) in November 2019, with a family or unisex room and a water station. The official park map also marks a summer restroom at the Scotsman Picnic Area.
Planning around them
The city describes a further restroom near Parking Lot 7, by the Central Garden, as in design and fundraising, not yet open. In summer the free shuttle stops at the Visitor & Nature Center and at the Central Garden; see the parking and shuttle page and the Visitor Center page.
Before a tour
The Segway tour meets in front of the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center, according to its listing, and runs 1.5 hours, so the Visitor Center restrooms are a short walk from the start.
